3. Embedded Deployment

Engineers are deployed into your operational environment while remaining NETbuilder employees for the first two years. They contribute to live missions under our structured mentorship and continuous professional development program.

4. Flexible Models

Engineers can be part of fixed-price delivery, augment prime contractors, or augment your team. Regardless of your delivery model, the federal agency or prime contractor has the option to transfer the engineers to become security-cleared, full-time onsite engineers.

5. Seamless Transition

At the end of the two-year program, you have the option to transfer the engineers into full-time members of your organization, providing a seamless and predictable way to build a durable, internal, certified, and cost-effective onsite workforce.
