NETbuilder announce that it has agreed to sell its financial trading platform and associated technologies to Infront ASA
NETbuilder, a leading IT software and services company with 21 years' experience in creative, software, consulting and managed services, today announced that it has agreed to sell its financial trading platform and associated technologies to Infront ASA, the leading European full service provider of financial market solutions.
NB Trader is an independent trading technology specialist, formed by NETbuilder in 2014 as part of a strategic restructure of the NETbuilder group of companies. Since then, NB Trader has developed and supplied trading technologies for the Professional and Private Investors by providing solutions to buy-side and sell-side financial organisations in the market.
NETbuilder will now focus on working more closely with our strategic partner ecosystem which includes Splunk, Tanium, Google Cloud Platform and other enterprise technology partners.

NETbuilder sign new Multi Academy IT Support Contract
We are very pleased to announce that the Mercian Education Trust (M.E.T). has awarded NETbuilder Ltd a three-year contract to provide the Trust’s schools with IT support and strategic guidance. M.E.T. issued the competitive tender during the summer of 2020 with operations commencing from September 2021.

We are delighted to announce the merger of County Infrastructure Services Limited (CIS) with its parent company NETbuilder Limited. CIS was formed by NETbuilder Ltd in 2013 when the division was divested from Worcestershire County Council.
