Our broadband solution includes two elements:

  1. Your physical broadband connection (Line, Router & Broadband Package)
  2. Your Internet Services (Firewall, Web Filtering, Email, Antivirus, DNS Management, Support)

We will discuss this with you in further detail as each business is unique.  We just need information from you before we can find your school the best deal. 

All you need to do is fill in the form on this page and we can get the ball rolling.

Although it can depend on your choice of internet connection, a typical fibre connection takes up to 5 weeks. 

During this process, we handle all the technical aspects in the background and keep you up to date every step of the way.

We recommend using either Microsoft Office 365 or Google Mail.  

We don't mind which you choose and can fully support both systems.

The only way to provide that information is for you to fill in the form on this page. Using the information you provide we can speak with suppliers and start the ball rolling on a quote for broadband.

We are flexible when it comes to payment frequency. 

We accept:

  • Annual Payments
  • Monthly Payments

We keep it really simple, you get one bill, itemised as Broadband Connectivity and Broadband Support.

We have a fully managed service desk that will deal with all logged tickets, usually responding within 30 minutes and most cases are resolved at first line. 

 

We can provide a connection only contract allowing you to source all the other components separately from any other supplier and keeping you in control.

This is a common question without an easy answer. It depends on the following factors;

  • Geographical location.
  • Distance to the exchange.
  • Availability of fibre.  
  • Quality of cabling in your area.

All our quotes will provide a realistic speed estimate and depending on the connection type a minimum speed promise.
