Starbucks launches customer feedback programme at T5 using NETbuilder QMS technology.

Starbucks NETbuilderStarbucks, the leading retailer, roaster and brand of specialty coffee in the world has launched a customer feedback solution using NETbuilder Questionnaire Management System (QMS). NETbuilder have partnered with IBM to provide access to the QMS application via IBM touchscreen kiosks located in store. The QMS solution provide real time access to customer feedback reports and customer trends via instant publication and responses of tailored questionnaires.

QMS is essentially a very intelligent Questionnaire Management Tool which enables organisations to run multiple questionnaires into different groups at the same time. These groups may be made up of employees, clients, prospects, the general public or any combination thereof.
