Electronic patient questionnaire captures realtime feedback on services for NEEPCT |

Gathering the views of patients is vitally important for NHS trusts as Alan Johnson recently announced that patient feedback should be collected in realtime and the Next Stage Review stated that patient experience should be linked with clinical outcome.
North East Essex Provider Services, through the work they have done with NETbuilder, have met this challenge by introducing an innovative touchscreen patient questionnaire application that captures and reports on patient feedback in realtime.
The system provides consistent and reliable data on service performance to enable the trust to benchmark services and identify under performing services. The information can also be shared with commissioners to drive better informed decisions.
In addition to being delivered over touchscreens, the application also runs on tablet PCs, laptops and handheld devices. Questionnaires can also be distributed via email or viewed by following a link on a website.
