ODL acquired the retail and institutional trading desk from DrKW to enhance their market position and create a capital markets capability. However, the inherited systems proved unsuitable for the challenges ahead and the wide area trading interface was selected first for re-implementation. The goal was to deliver the ODL look and feel to a wider community via a robust, high performance, modern browser based order management system.

Using the core Landmark Order and Trade Management system we integrated Landmark with the ODL trading gateways and customised the DESKtrader product to present the ODL branding. We also contracted to provide a business focused support environment to the dealer community through a dedicated first level service desk.

Landmark provides ODL clients with secure online access to ODL's dealers from any desktop in any location, reducing transaction cost and increasing their order flow and profitability.
